Comfortable hotel, good value. In a brilliant position with a decent caldera view. The stuff did all they can for a decent stay. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. Free soft drinks at downstairs bar, top-notch service.

You guys made our stay awesome! The room was brand-new, especially the bed was cozy. Polite service and a great restaurant, available onsite. Downtown San Jose district was worth staying in.
